Overview of Digital Products

Digital Stockist offers digital products only. All purchases are delivered electronically—there is no physical shipping. Downloads are available immediately after successful payment.

Our catalog includes:

• Downloadable assets (e-books, digital art, audio, design resources)
• Templates (business, presentations, marketing, and more)
• Clipart and creative design elements
• Software, website themes, and plugins

Because these are intangible goods, refund and exchange terms differ from physical products.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Once a digital file is purchased and downloaded or accessed, refunds are not available.
• Refunds may be considered only if:
  • The file is corrupted or incomplete,
  • Critical components are missing from the download, or
  • The product description materially misrepresents the item.
• To request a review under these exceptions, contact Digital Stockist Support within 7 days of purchase. We may request proof (screenshots, error messages, order details) to verify the issue.

Exchange Policy

• No exchanges. Digital items cannot be “returned” in their original state once downloaded or accessed.
• Please review all product details, previews, and compatibility notes before purchasing.

Buyers’ Responsibilities

• Verify compatibility (required software, versions, operating systems) before purchase.
• Confirm the needed file format. Common formats include: PNG | JPG | SVG | PDF | PSD | AI | EPS | DOCX | PPTX | XLSX | ZIP.
• Read product descriptions and seller notes carefully. If unsure, reach out to Support before buying.

Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate titles, descriptions, previews, and file details.
• Ensure files are functional, complete, and properly packaged prior to listing.
• Misrepresentation may lead to refund actions under the exceptions above.
